A full playout desk that runs in the cloud: the log, the clocks, the music scheduler, the cart wall, the voicetrack and segue editors, the adverts, the audio processing and the stream out. Open it on any machine and you are on air — and when you close the lid, the station keeps playing.

Put in your shows, your presenters and your schedule once. The homepage then always says who is on air right now, this week’s schedule follows the clock, and last month’s events take themselves down. Already got a site? Give us the address and it reads it — presenters, shows and schedule fill themselves in, and nothing is saved until you tick it.

You are not obliged to buy the chain. Most of our customers own one link and run somebody else’s for the rest, and that is fine — every product here talks to ordinary streams, ordinary files and ordinary standards. Owning all four just means nobody can point at the other supplier when something breaks.

▸ Who we are

A small British company that makes tools for radio.

We started in 2014 selling jingles to stations that could not afford the studios everyone else was buying from. Ten years later the customers are the same — community stations, hospital radio, internet stations, small commercial ones — and so is the brief: give them the thing the big group down the road has, at a price that comes out of a raffle rather than a grant.

Everything on this page exists because one of those stations asked for it, then a hundred more said the same thing.

Product

We make radio, not software about radio.

Every feature here traces back to a station on the phone describing a real problem: an hour that would not fill, a presenter who could not voicetrack a holiday, a funder asking for listening figures nobody had. We build the answer to that, not the answer to a roadmap.

Support

You get the people who build it.

There is no support tier, no account manager and no queue. When you report something, the person reading it is the person who will change the code — which is why fixes tend to arrive the same week rather than the same quarter.
